ABOUT THE GROUP

Our parent company, founded in 1989, dealt with foreign trade in materials, machinery and equipment. Shortly after its establishment, the scope was further extended to the representation of well-known foreign companies and wholesale warehouses. Our ever-growing turnover in 1995 exceeded HUF 1 billion.

In the next stage of development, we acquired shares in several well-known domestic production companies, with which we previously cooperated as a supplier of raw materials or exporter of finished products. We consider it important to help competing Hungarian goods enter the market. To make it easier, we have set up our own companies in the surrounding and some more distant countries, which are mainly engaged in selling the products we sell.

The continued growth of the company has shown that we are on the right track. Our commitment to quality is indicated by the fact that we are one of the first companies in Hungary to implement the ISO 9001 quality assurance system. An important organizational change was that our stainless steel division, which has gained a significant position on the domestic stainless steel market, has been operating as a separate sro since 1 January 1999. As a result, our turnover in 1998 exceeded HUF 2 billion and our share capital was increased to HUF 100 million.

In the following years, further growth justified the grouping of various activities into separate companies, where the foundations of today's Rév Group Holding were laid.

Over the last ten years, the holding has expanded to include several other companies, which now consist of more than 10 companies, have a total of more than 400 people working in companies, we supply to 57 countries and turnover exceeds HUF 8 billion.

We must also thank you for our success so far, because without our customers, suppliers, banks and other partners, we would not be able to achieve such development.
